Training – PMP Cheat Sheet

Avoir une vue globale d’une formation comme le PMP et les attentes du PMI quant à la matière à connaître n’est pas facile. Je ne compte pas donner une vue exhaustive de la matière à voir mais je veux ici donner un exemple de vue d’ensemble qui met en rapport la formation et l’Exam Content Outline (ECO)

Cela permet de mieux appréhender les différents sujets vus lors des 6 jours de formation et de comprendre comment ils se rattachent aux questions de l’examen.

Dans l’espoir que ceci puisse servir aux candidats PMP.

Having an exhaustive high level view of the PMP Prep exam course is quite challenging. It is often difficult for the pdelegates to understand how the topics seen during the course are matching with thte Exam Content Outline (ECO). Considering this I have tried to math the topics seen during the 6 days of training with the ECO content. This is not an exhaustive view of the topics to study but it gives at least a overview.

J’ai essayé de récolter ici les ressources que j’estime nécessaires pour réussir l’examen Project Management Professional PMP. Cette liste n’engage que moi et représente l’ensemble des informations que j’ai utilisées pour passer moi-même cet examen brillamment.

Cette liste est destinée aux participants des formations que j’anime pour QRP International. Cette liste ne représente pas l’opinion de QRP International ou d’une quelconque autre partie.

I have tried to gather here all resources necessary to pass the PMP Project Management Professional exam. This list is personal and doesn’t involve  anyone’s responsibility but mine. It represents the list of resources I have used to pass the PMP exam brilliantly. 

Purpose of this article is to provide an indication for the candidates wanting to pass the PMP exam and participating in the QRP International PMP course. This list  does not represent the opinion of QRP International or any other party.

Ce plan a été réalisé avec l’étroite collaboration de Erwin Verheyen, PMP, QRP Trainer.

This plan has been created with the important help  of Erwin Verheyen, PMP, QRP Trainer.

  1. Follow the official PMP training provided by QRP International with a trainer like Erwin Verheyen, Xavier Heusdens, Stijn Janssens or myself preperably onsite.
  2. When you have started the training, Listen to the 1h video about PMBok 7th.
  3. Read the books
  4. (Optional) Listen to the 2 video course provided herabove.
  5. (Recommended) Review the questions of David McLachlan on YouTube
  6. Pass the example questions proposed by QRP on the QRP Platform.
  7. Identify the topics you are not comfortable with. Study them
  8. Pass the QRP Blank Exam.
  9. Read extra.
  10. When you feel confident pay for the PMI simulation exam.
  11. Identify the topics you are not comfortable with. Study them
  12. Pass the exam within 2 months after the end of the live course
